A wonderful post that all bloggers can probably relate to.
That’s right. I said it.
Blogging scares me.
This blog, this place that was created to be a bright and shiny window to my deepest, innermost thoughts, was born almost a month ago. And I have yet to make and publish* one single post.
*publish being the key word. I’ve written thousands in my head.**
**only slightly exaggerated.
It’s not that I haven’t been laughing. Or loving. And Lord knows I’ve been eating. Life has still been happening here. And it has been (mostly) wonderful.I am 100% sure that this severe-lack-of-posting funk has nothing whatsoever to do with me having nothing to say, but rather everything to do with the irrational, unexplainable, cold sweat/makes-me-want-to-puke/sudden-loss-of-brain-funtion inducing fear that I am met with each and every time I put my fingers to the keys.

Absolutely can relate! Thanks for sharing!
Very cute. 🙂
This is a beautiful post that I think a lot of people can relate to. I seriouly doubt that the people with lives that appear to be one long, humorous blog post are presenting the truth, but that’s fine. I follow some blogs for the laughs, but others for the truth (such aa yours). As long as readers know what to expect from you, we’ll never be disappointed… So don’t worry, lovely! 🙂
Thanks for sharing.
Blogging is the perfect way to “transfer” your thoughts to paper. I tend to write long
posts, so I usually put my words on word, and then when complete and spell and grammar check – I copy and paste. I will look forward to each post…each time you write. I have gained so much personally since I have been doing this – in so many ways. I’ve only been cussed out two or three times, and out of over 530 posts, that’s
not bad. I just politely answer and then say a prayer for whomever it was that did it.
Mama used to say, “You may not have done anything, but you get the response of some who is certainly unhappy. There are many stellar bloggers who will gain from “reading” others blogs.
Didn’t mean to go on and on. That’s why I put it on paper-can’t seem to stop myself! Haahaa.
Create a wonderful day for you.
Thank goodness my wonderful daughter-in-law pushed me over the edge and made me swim into my first posts!
