In life, love is the most unexplained. Causing madness and beauty. Chaos and empires. It lives in the sphere of heart and life. We are bound by it, born from it and to it we all may return.

This is love..

We all find love sometimes. Often, when we are least looking. It overpowers us, moves us through ourselves into another soul, if only for a season. Other times, love finds us. But this happens much more suddenly.

This love takes us up in a wind, a soaring of hearts bound by cosmic collision. It rips us from the Earth and grounds us in heaven, moving above ourselves all the while. We forget our own life and become entranced by another.

Love like this becomes the torrent of the heart as the beat of life in our chests is replaced by the sound of another’s voice, by the undying want of their simple touch and by the mirror of our own soul in their eyes.

This simple passion grows as the wildfire, untamed, moving beyond the forest and over bare ground, not by wind, but by the force of two hearts longing for each other.

You know you’ve found this love when the sound of the world grows dim, and all you hear or see or care for is found in this one beautiful soul, in this one moment of time that sweetens each day in a simple thought. This love is pure, untamed, unscripted, beyond time and without end.

In life, I’m happy to know this love. I’m lucky to have felt this primordial beat within my heart. And I look forward to each day that I feel born into the world with soft eyes, looking only for this love to be lying next to me.
